Classic Zi Xiu Tang Bee Pollen Capsules and Ultimate Formula Capsules, by Zi Xiu Tang Success LLC, are marketed as dietary supplements used as a weight loss aid.

The Classic Zi Xiu Tang Bee Pollen Capsules are packaged in bottles of 60 and the Ultimate Formula Capsules are packaged in bottles of 48.

FDA Alert on Classic Zi Xiu Tang Bee Pollen Capsules and Ultimate Formula Capsules

FDA’s reason for the recall is that the Classic Zi Xiu Tang Bee Pollen Capsules and Ultimate Formula Capsules were found to contain undeclared Sibutramine. Sibutramine was removed from the US market in 2010 for safety reasons.

• Ultimate Formula with UPC 793573041401, lot numbers  05/25/2012, 07/29/2012 and 08/05/2012

The products distribution dates were from May 1, 2012 to October 17, 2012.
